MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

"Hey, I'm Nikki"

Nikki, is an industry professional with over 35 years of experience. Raised on a sugar cane farm in the rural town of Woodburn, NSW, Nikki discovered her calling from an early age — a deep and instinctive passion for caring for the dead. Her family recognised this unique drive in her, and by the age of sixteen, she had already stepped into the funeral profession. From the very beginning, Nikki was mentored by compassionate and experienced individuals who shaped her approach to service. She fondly remembers being guided by seasoned funeral directors who taught her that dignity, empathy, and precision are the cornerstones of respectful care. One early encounter — a heartfelt compliment from an elderly mourner who said, “It’s so nice to see a lady in this industry” — left a lasting impression and affirmed her place in a traditionally male-dominated field.

Throughout her career, Nikki has worked across several reputable, family-owned funeral homes, gaining experience in every facet of the profession. Later, her journey took her to a pet crematorium, where she discovered a profound passion for cremation services. This led her to pursue an even greater vision: offering environmentally conscious, dignified alternatives to traditional burial and flame cremation.

Today, Nikki is proud to be realising her lifelong dream — providing eco-friendly aftercare through innovative, respectful solutions. She brings to this role a rare combination of technical expertise, heartfelt commitment, and deep reverence for both human and animal life.

Every individual or pet entrusted to her care is treated with the same level of compassion and respect she would offer her own family. Guided by a strong ethical foundation and inspired by those who supported her path, Nikki continues to elevate the standard of funeral care while championing sustainability and grace in every farewell.
